Application Instructions

Sweep and Vibrate sand into the joints. When completed, sweep and blow off thoroughly all
excess sand at least 1/8th of an inch below the top of the pavers.

What does structured nano polymer mean?
Nano Polymer is comprised of very small molecules oriented in a structured pattern. This structured lattice of molecules create stronger bond points between paver/joint particles and are not easily disrupted by water/rain and can withstand higher impact forces. Nano Polymer molecules also create a more consistent seal over the paver.

Tips & Maintenance

• Do not apply product to damp paving.
• Best results when temperature is 50-80 °
• Use only recommended jointing material (ask your NanoPave™ dealer).
• Paving surface may slightly darken when NanoPave™ is applied. Test NanoPave™ on paving material to assure any color change is acceptable.
• Do not apply if rain is expected within 12 hours.
• Protect paving from rain, sprinklers, or additional moisture for 24 hrs. after application
• If inclement weather occurs, cease application and cover treated material.
• Allow paving and jointing material to dry before continuing/starting application.

Apply a flood coat of NanoPave™ liquid with a hand pump or low pressure sprayer (15-20 psi) at the recommended rates. Note, only apply NanoPave™ when pavers and joints are dry.

Use a squeegee to remove excess NanoPave™ from the surface of the pavers. With the squeegee, push the sealer into the joints, as well as covering the surface of the pavers evenly.
Allow 12-24 hours before use.

For Natural Stone/Flagstone

1. Install natural stone on a well compacted bed of aggregate and sand. For the joint material we recommend using a 1/4" or 3/8" minus crushed stone with fines
   or decomposed granite.
2. Sweep crushed stone or decomposed granite into the joints, then sweep and blow off all excess materials from the surface of the stones to at least 1/8" inch below the top of the stones.
3. Follow steps 2 and 3 in the above instructions for
   application of the NanoPave™.
